Just apply the powder to the moistened lacquer pad to match any desired color, either in repair work or building up new work. Blending powders can also be dissolved into our Pad-Lac solvent and then used to tint our Pad-Lac finish or other padding lacquers. Hailed by professionals as a "product that works great".
