A flexible measuring rule for capturing dimensions and curves around irregularly shaped objects.  Measures 3/8" H x 1/4" W x 24" in length.  It has clear, easy to read graduations on both sides (metric and imperial).  One side has an inking edge and the other a pencil edge.
